    Hi,

    I’m hoping you can help – there are a couple of sites assigned to my key that have never been used / one I don’t recognize, and a couple that are no longer required. Is it possible to have those released, please?

    I notice that this was an option for 3 of the sites listed (one of which I’ve already reset) but not on any other ones i’d like to release.

    Hi,

    Customers can release the licences if the site has been inactive for 30 days (i.e. the UpdraftPlus plugin has been uninstalled or deactivated on the site for 30 days).

    Please could you send us a list of sites to reset? One of our team will then be able to release them for you.
