    I’m having the same issue have tried multiple times to remove and reinstall. Purchased the new license today.
    What steps do we need to do next?

    Hi Francis,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    It appears that your licences were outside of the renewal period at the time of your latest order.
    As such, the order was not registered as a renewal, and the sites were stuck on the expired licences.

    I have adjusted your licences now and moved the sites to the current licences.
    The renewal warning should disappear shortly.
