    Hi there,

    I have renewed my license for Updraft, but I am still getting a nag message on many of my sites…

    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.”

    The license that has expired was for the “Premium – Developer” Updraft (Order # 272425), and the new license is for “Premium – Enterprise” (Order # 366513).

    Is there anything we can do to resolve this? It seems like some others are having this issue, and the old license just needs to be removed from my account.

    Hi,

    Apologies, it appears that our system did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences now and the message should now disappear.
