Failed to gain semaphore lock (fd)

I have the latest version of the plugin installed ( 2.16.14.24 ). When I attempt to log into my account ( Premium / Extensions ) tab the Tour prompt pops up and my account will not connect.

When I run a back up it says “The back has finished running”. But no backup files exist under “Existing Backups”. I did try and wipe settings and tried again producing the same results.

Here is the content of my log file. Can you please advise? I need to run a back up to migrate this site to a different host.
