    I have updated my subscription but one of my production sites is stuck on an expired license. Can you please update my site so I can migrate?

    Hi Jonathan,

    I can see that your license has been all updated and shows expiration date as 2020-07-03. The renewal message should disappear.

    If still not, please can you reconnect the plugin to our licence server again? This is done by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab and re-activate the add-ons. You should have 2.16.15.24 to have the full premium version.
