Email Support bad

    Support bad I want to email for the error.
    I have purchased a new license for the onedrive but it continues to see the old license, not the new one.

    I cannot reset it myself
    Please help

    Hi,

    Apologies for that.

    It appears that the license did not get updated properly.
    I have adjusted it now and you should be able to update it. The renewal message should also now disappear.
