    My annual renewal date for Premium is usually in February. I did an early renewal on Nov. 30, 2019 (order #469941), but today I got an email advising me to renew so that I don’t lose access. !? Why did I get this? I don’t want to lose access due to some confusion in your system. Can someone please look into this? Let me know if you need more information. Many thanks.

    Hi Wendy,

    Apologies, it appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase last November as a renewal. As the renewal period is 4 weeks before and 6 weeks after your license expires. However, I have adjusted your license and it should now be valid until 2021-02-23.

    Thanks very much, Bryle. Yes, it looks like I renewed/purchased with a Black Friday sale email. Many thanks for adjusting my license. :-)

    Hi @Jesper,

    It appears that you have renewed with the Agency License (30 licences). However, you have more than 30 assigned sites on your account.
    I would recommend updating your license to Enterprise licence. We do have discounted upgrades available here -https://updraftplus.com/faqs/are-there-coupons-available-for-discounted-upgrades/
