    Hi,

    I paid $95 for UpDraft plus and have not been able to get any help. I’ve submitted a ticket, and my quota is now 99% full and I really need to talk to someone. Is anyone there?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    To help us with your issue, can you please describe the problem you are having?
    If possible, please include:

    What the symptoms of the issue are.
    When the problem occurred.
    Any Error or Warning messages that are output.

    If you have a relevant backup or restoration log available, could you attach a copy of that log?
    These logs can be found either in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard, or in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site.

    Hi Bryle,

    My issue is that my UpDraft Plus vault is 99% full. I was wondering if the other backups delete to clear up space, or if there are any special settings I need to do to ensure I don’t go over my Vault space. As I’ve only had the service for a few days, and the backups are mostly set to daily or weekly for my 5 sites.

    Hi,

    You can set a retention rule for UpdraftPlus and it will automatically delete the oldest file once the number of backups to be retained is reached.

    The retention rule can be found in the UpdraftPlus ‘Settings’ tab. For sophisticated retention rules, please check this FAQ: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/what-is-the-add-an-additional-retention-rule-option/
