    Hi,

    Why is this https://imgur.com/hzgZFXp popup keep appearing every time I update plugins? How do I disable it?

    Happen to all my sites.

    Hi,

    You can disable the Automatic Before Update in the “Settings” tab > click “Show Expert Settings” > deselect “UpdraftPlus Automatic Backups:” and make sure to click on the “Save Changes” button after.

    All my sites have this unchecked but still getting the popup.

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of UpdraftPlus?

    Could you also try to reset/wipeout UpdraftPlus settings in the “Advance Tools” tab? Please note that by doing this, you will have to re-setup all backup schedules, remote storage and other settings again.

    Already done all the steps you mentioned but still the same.

    Can you record a video to show it does not happen to you please?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your video but the popup is showing in the Plugins page not Updates page. If you update plugins in Plugins page it will keep popping out each time.

    Let me try that. However, are you able to perform the same as on my video? Would there be any issues if you update from the “Updates” page?
