    Using the latest UpdraftPlus, I was able to successfully import an sql table from another wordpress site that I wanted to include into a new similar wordpress site. When I selected “restore”, I selected “Database” (the only option in Choose the components to restore:) and was given the option to NOT include other tables (If you do not want to restore all your tables, then choose some to exclude here.(…)). This restore only has one table. When I click on restore, I get the following message: “You did not select any components to restore. Please select at least one, and then try again.”

    How do I ADD (insert) another table contents into and existing table in WordPress?

    Please advise. Thank you.

    CORRECTION ON THE TITLE: Should be “Unable to import another WordPress table contents into existing table in WordPress database”

    Did you tick/select the component? Did you also select any table from the database? Please provide screenshot of the errors you are getting as well.
