    Hi,
    I have moved to a new host and the domain has propagated over now. I need to restore the site to the new domain but the plugin isn’t showing that I have all the add ons – drop box etc. It show the migrate but not that I have them all.

    Done all the usual click here, refresh etc.

    any advise please?

    Hi Sam,

    If you are restoring a backup set from a site that includes all add-ons, then you only need the Migrator add-on at this stage… because after you’ve restored that backup set, you’ll then have what’s in the backup set.

    Thats worked – thank you. Out pf curiosity though, If I kept a fresh install and didn’t want to restore the previous layout why wouldn’t it download all the add ons in those circumstances, it would have been the same site url that it was registered to?

    Hi Sam,

    If it’s the same URL, then it should work… are you sure it didn’t differ in some slight way? (Currently the licensing server doesn’t recognise example.com and http://www.example.com as the same site, which is on the list of things to get fixed…).
