Hi Updraft Plus Team,
I have the nearly the same prob like in this post
I’ve tried deactivated ALL of my plugins (except of Updraft) and tried again to use the link again:
<If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.>
But nothing it does something but the message about buying the plugin persists.
Help appriciated!

Please could you provide further details on the exact issue you are experiencing?
Do you have any update manager plugins installed on the site?

“Error”:
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site will soon expire. To retain your access, and maintain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.Message from Updraft Premium / Extensions:
You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account. If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection. What happens?
If I try to follow the link https://my.site.net/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus# nothing happens. It reloads the site but the message that my paid access expires persists…I have tried to disable all plugins except of Updraft but nothing.
No I don’t have any update manager plugins installed.October 3, 2017 at 6:03 pm #233180Dee NutbourneModeratorHi,
Apologies, it appears that your latest purchase was not registered as a renewal. As such, the site was stuck on the old license.
I have adjusted the license for you now. Please could you refresh the connection to your account?

October 4, 2017 at 10:01 pm #233499LiseParticipantHi,
I think I have the same problem. I just bought the premium version for 2 sites and even though I tried deleting and reloading, it still I should update to premium and there is no link that says ” If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.”
I know I paid $70 yesterday and downloaded https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.1.13.11.zip
Help!

October 5, 2017 at 5:17 pm #233640Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Lise,
Yes, it appears that the same issue occurred.
I have updated your licenses to correctly reflect the renewal.
Please could you refresh the connection to your account?Best Wishes,
David NOctober 5, 2017 at 11:23 pm #233710LiseParticipantSorry, that didn’t do the trick. When I click on the link that says if I’ve made a purchase click here, it says to skip to step 4 (I already deleted the free version). There is no link at the bottom of my dashboard, opened to premium/Add-Ons, that says anything about add-ons. Below are the instructions for step 4.
And I have another site to go through this with. Yikes!
Thank you,
Lise
4. Claim your add-on on this siteAfter connecting or refreshing, you should be able to scroll down to your add-on, and follow the link to activate it on this site (or, if you bought UpdraftPlus Premium, ignore the individual add-ons and claim from the “All Add-ons” box at the top of the list).
Activate purchase
If you have any problems, then please visit our support site.
The tab that says Premium/Extensions says I need to upgrade.October 6, 2017 at 4:36 am #233732PhilippeParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 6, 2017 at 5:20 pm #233833Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Phillippe,

I started with the takeasmoke site.
October 9, 2017 at 7:17 pm #234248Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Lise,
It appears that the licenses were assigned to non-https versions of the URLs. I have adjusted this now.
Please could you refresh the connection to your account in the Premium/Extensions tab again? The activation link should now work correctly.Best Wishes,
David NOctober 11, 2017 at 6:42 pm #234694LiseParticipantHi David,
I think I got the first site working but am having the same problem on my second website: https://www.eco-tropicalresorts.com
I deleted it, uploaded the new download and it’s blank where it says “Premium/Extensions”

LiseOctober 12, 2017 at 5:03 pm #234866Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Lise,
Please could you delete UpdraftPlus and reinstall? It is possible that the installation did not complete correctly.
If the issue persists, please could you open your browser’s developer console (F12 or CTRL+SHIFT+J in most browsers, then select the ‘console’ tab)? Do you see any errors or warning messages in the console?
Best Wishes,
