I purchased a premium business account. I went to add on tab and tried to down load an add on. My account does not allow me to download addons. Can you send me the link to download the multisite network?

I added the files you provided to my account and activated updraft plus. I still not able to activate the addons. I checked the add on folder and it currently has file in it.

    Hi Barry,

    When you say…

I still not able to activate the addons.

… what are you meaning by that? The screenshot you’ve sent – https://snag.gy/YYPWp.jpg – shows activated add-ons. Compare it with the free version (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) – and you’ll see the difference. Your screenshot shows all the various features that aren’t there in the free version, and where the free version instead has “follow this link to buy…” stuff.

e.g. In your screenshot I can see the “Add an additional retention rule…” link, and the option to backup WordPress core + extra files – those are all Premium-only features.

Thank you David for your prompt reply. What I’m struggling with is how to clone source site into the target site on the providerssearch multisite-network.

Do need I need to install the “UpdraftPlus Migrator component” to migrate the target site to source site on the providerssearch multisite network?

Thank you for your assistance with this question.

    Hi Barry,

Are you trying to take a single-site WP install, and make it part of a WP multisite install? UpdraftPlus can’t do this; it doesn’t have any features for changing WP install types (single to multisite, or vice-versa); it can only backup, restore or clone an entire WP install.
