    Hello,

I have the unlimited developer license and I’m setting up a new site to UpdraftPlus. I downloaded the newest version of the premium plugin (2.11.17.21) from https://updraftplus.com/my-account/ and entered my updraftplus.com username and password to unlock the Add-Ons. There is a green check by the “All addons” box, but all of the rest of the add-ons say “please follow this link to update the plugin..”.

I have tried clicking the “If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection” link, but it doesn’t unlock anything. How can I unlock the add-ons?

    Thank you.

    Hi Lynn/Jordan,

Please can you send me a screenshot of that, which includes the UpdraftPlus heading on the settings page as well as the add-ons tab? Use https://snag.gy if it helps.

Your description of symptoms is inconsistent with having version 2.11.17.21 installed. It sounds like you’ve got a different version number installed. The screenshot will help diagnose that.

    Hi,

How did you install UD? Was it via FTP? It’s likely that some files have not transferred. Please can you verify the contents of the zip you’ve downloaded, in particular the directory updraftplus/addons/ , and compare it with what’s on your webserver (in wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/addons/ ) – I think there are some missing.

If they’re not missing, then the problem is that the “addons” directory and its contents aren’t readable to PHP, and that you need to re-adjust the file permissions to make it readable.

    David,

Yes, I used to FTP to upload the plugin and your assumption was correct. The updraftplus/addons directory on the server was completely empty. I copied the files from the local addons directory up to the web server and then after refreshing the UpddraftPlus Add-ons page, everything appeared with green check marks. I am running a backup now and everything appears to be working correctly.

Thank you for your quick responses!
