We have an export of all databases, plugins, themes, uploads, and other content from the site https://begertcatering.ch/new/ and are trying to import this to our domain https://begertcatering.ch/.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this through FTP or the plugin settings as we encounter errors during the upload process. For example, we receive an error stating that the “plugins-old” folder already exists, even though it is not there.
Could you please assist us with this issue? Thank you in advance for your support.
