Backing up Files and Database

Hello,

I just purchased the Business (10 licenses) of automatic back ups > I moved from the trial WordPress UpdraftPlus plug in to the $95 package. I currently have the backups to process to my FTP site however, the status on the WordPress plug in states “No backup has been completed”. It has said this message for almost a day and a half and shows the status/loading bar as constantly loading.

How to I ensure that my database and files are being backed up?

I need to update my WordPress version but I can’t as I’m unsure if the data is being backed up.

Hi Matthew,

Could you send us a copy of the current backup log? This can be accessed from the ‘Current Status’ tab (‘download most recently modified log file’ link)

You can use an online service such as pastebin ad post the link here
