    Backups were working fine up until today, now it fails when exporting to onedrive with an error
    HTTP code: not_authed CF-Ray: 3c9f9110a99c283a-SJC
    Any ideas?

    Hi Dave,

    Can you try to re-authenticate OneDrive storage again please? Then run a new backup. Do you still get the same issue?

    OK, tried re-authentication and received the following message:

    Success: you have authenticated your OneDrive account. However, subsequent access attempts failed:
    An error response was received; HTTP code: not_authed CF-Ray: 3ca06958ba445035-LAX

    Hi Dave,

    Please could you send us a copy of your site’s IP address?

    It is possible that the final stage of the authentication process is being blocked.

    Thanks, the whitelisting has fixed the problem. What changed to cause the sites to be blocked?

    Hi Dave,

    I’m afraid that CloudFlare, our CDN, can falsely flag certain IP addresses.
    It is possible that another account on the same server was causing an issue, and the whole server was blocked.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for getting back to me on this.

    It was indeed an IP blocking issue and I have got this sorted now thanks.

    I had problems on several sites so I submitted a personal support ticket and Bryle sorted me out.

    Like the others, I am having the same issues with OneDrive backup. Can you walk me through your procedure to fix this?

    Hi Sean,

    Please could you enter your site’s IP address into the following form:
    https://updraftplus.com/unblock-ip-address/

    This will ensure that the connection is not being blocked on our end.

    You should be able to find your site IP address via your hosting control panel.
    Then, attempt to authorise with OneDrive again.
