    Hello,

    I am a premium user of UpdraftPlus.
    On one of my sites backup fails with the following error:

    Fehler beim Versuchen auf UpdraftPlus.com zu verbinden:

    Eine Fehlerantwort wurde empfangen. HTTP-Code: 403 CF-Ray: 8c6026fafccc71d9-FRA IP: 2a01:238:20a:202:1000::25
    Das bedeutet wahrscheinlich, dass Sie einen Webserver mit einer gehackten Website teilen, die in früheren Angriffe verwendet wurde.

    It tells that my IP is blocked.
    The website is hosted on a shared Webhoster.

    How can I unblock or what can I do?

    I don´t understand.
    How can I unblock my IP-adress on this site you mentioned?

    Never mind,
    I tried again and it worked.
    Maybe the IP on the shared hosting has changed.
    Nevertheless I find your answer a bit strange.
    You can close the ticket.
