Backup getting hung up?

Hello. Would you please help me figure out why the https://gapcreekgourmet.com backup is getting hung up? It may be timing out, but I’m not sure if that is the problem or if it’s something like the site Upload files are too big? If you need a copy of the last log file, please let me know where to post it. Thank you, Laura

Could you send us a copy of the backup log? You can use an online sharing service (such as pastebin or Dropbox), and share the link here in a private reply.

Hi Laura,

From the log, it appears that the backup proceeds slowly but consistently until it encounters a very large file in the uploads directory: blogger.zip

If this file is a backup or otherwise not required to be backed up, I would recommend excluding it from the backup. This can be done by adding it to the Uploads exclusion list in the settings.
