Backup Hangs, Progress Bar Disappears

Hey guys, I just installed your “more files” extension so I could backup the whole Public/html folder, though it doesn’t seem to work for me.

Every time I set it to backup, the thing just hangs at various points and the progress bar disappears, while getting stuck at the most recent log message (hours ago)

I have the memory limit at 256, and I have set the split archives to 25mb as per suggestions on other threads, but it still doesn’t bloody work!

Please help! I really want this to work smoothly, It’s absolutely perfect…if it works.

Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

The contents of the log will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin or Dropbox, and post the link here.
