    Last week the routine daily backups did not complete and caused our site to be overloaded producing 502 errors until the process was manually stopped and the plugin disabled. We also noticed that while we are set to backup to S3, the backup was storing locally.

    The plugin is set to backup every 4 hours to the S3 repository. Not sure if limiting the backup to a longer increment would help resolve things or if there is a broader issue.

    Please could you send us a copy of any backup logs from around the time of the error?
