    Hi there,

    I’m trying to backup our website but after the migration it does not work anymore. It claims immidiately after pushing the Backup-button that the backup was done (within seconds). But there are no backup files – neither in the backend nor in the ftp-folder connected and tested.
    Help would be very appreciated, couldn’t find any solution to this on google.

    Okay, found the reason. We’ve updated WP to version 6, and I’ve overseen that there’s an update vor UpdraftPlus as well. Sorry for inconvenience.

    Hi,

    Run the restoration again but this time just select the “uploads” component – that contains all the media files.
