    Hello,

    I keep getting error messages when trying to update. I can’t make sense of the log. I would attach it as a file but i can’t seem to do that.

    i noticed these lines in the log:

    0000.046 (0) Error: popen failed
    0000.047 (0) Testing: /bin/zip
    0000.050 (0) PHP event: code E_WARNING: popen() has been disabled for security reasons (line 1545, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php)

    Hi,

    Is that where the log ends? Add this early in your wp-config.php:

    define('UPDRAFTPLUS_NO_BINZIP', true);

    Thanks for your response, here are the last lines in the last log;

    6682.240 (5) The backup has not finished; a resumption is scheduled.

    i tried adding your code but it still doesn’t work. I am getting this message after about 10 minutes of backing up “Waiting until scheduled time to retry because of errors”

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a full copy of the latest log (while the extra line of code was active)?

    Can you please try to reauthenticate your OneDrive remote storage?
