    How do I backup one time before completing all updates, similar to what can be done on the WordPress dashboard?

    Hi,

    If UpdraftPlus Premium (or automatic backups add-on) is installed on your site, the automatic backup process should be triggered when performing an update, in the same manner as on the WordPress dashboard.

    You can also queue updates, by clicking each Update button in turn. This should trigger one backup (for each section being updated).
