Hi, I just bought the premium version for multiple sites and my backup is taking too long. Its been over an hour now and nothing is happening. Need an urgent solution please. Thanks

I don’t see any option to get the log. I have added the website to the Dashboard in my account. Can you just back up from there as I am getting the same error when I do on the dashboard
wondering why it takes ages to respond? i might have to request for a cancellation and refund. I was hoping that i would be granted special service for the option i paid for and since then, nothing seems to work with no proper response
I have just completed the form. Can this be in action soon as? This was a matter of urgency since yesterday and i really do need to find another alternative using the refund.
