Backup taking ages

    I’ve been a satisfied user of UpdraftPlus Premium since 2016 and renewed my license in March 2020.

    I updated to version 2.16.26.24 on May 23, 2020 and have had nothing but problems since.

    After running for hours, UpdraftPlus would just quit working. I let it run overnight with the same result.

    I’ve checked the forum numerous times for a solution, read through my log numerous times, checked my firewall, optimized my database, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and still could not isolate the cause of the problem.

    Finally, out of total frustration, I deleted version 2.16.26.24 and reinstalled version 2.14.4.0 (untested on WordPress 5.4.1) now everything works as it should.

    My experience would indicate the problems lie with update 2.16.26.24

    Bryle, this is the same exact message you sent me almost a week ago and I have fill out the form since but still no refund. I just need to know the exact time when I will get my refund. I purchased this app to support myself and also your company and had issues since as others are also having.aI would expect you return my kindness with urgency on how to get my money back asap please
