Hi there,
We did run a successful backup on WordPress. See here – https://ibb.co/rvgDmQm. However, when I try another backup sent to our remote storage, Backup and it seems there is an error on the ColdCalm site – see the log here – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X08o1-mAtBD8Ojtpww2BaRCP1z-Xq0tY/view?usp=sharing
The same issue is with our Arnicare site. See the log here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RbFDNdUAKyJmKtgm543wssJxzqlrq-O5/view?usp=sharing
Please get help. Thanks!

We want to keep both, we don’t want to replace. How can we do it?
December 20, 2021 at 2:23 pm #1308373web94ParticipantWe are still having an issue with the backup on our Arnicare site. Please see the log here – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qNl0vaUPLpvkxW8xKgWpHaLof2vdqXVQ/view?usp=sharing. Thank you!

For the ColdClam site, it looks like you need to re-authenticate with Dropbox. Can you please try to Wipe settings from UpdraftPlus > Advanced tools > Wipe settings, Click the ‘wipe settings’ button. Then re-setup your Dropbox
Arnica- Can you install the free plugin WPCrontrol and navigate to the Cron events. Do you see any overdue tasks?
Regarding your question about storing your backups, if you go to the Settings tab you should be able to set your retentions limits. In the bit that says “..and retain this many backups” what do you have here?
December 21, 2021 at 7:28 pm #1309298web94ParticipantHi,
Here is the sheet for all Cron events – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f_vYKyP_QwqMoJ6gowByrRCUJBPx38bZ/view?usp=sharing
Please take a look and let me know what I should do next. Thank you!
December 21, 2021 at 8:28 pm #1309341VanessaModeratorHi,
It looks like your site scheduler is OK.
Can you try upping your Memory limit by adding the following to your wp-config.phpdefine(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
December 21, 2021 at 9:06 pm #1309368web94ParticipantHi,
It keeps running infinitely after upping my Memory limit. Here is the log – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-bxrsAMP9F3VKD0qLXWNhISVON6JfgYE/view?usp=sharing
Thank you!
December 22, 2021 at 5:57 pm #1309988VanessaModeratorHi,
Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb, save your settings and run a new process.
