Bought more credits and form problems

Good afternoon,

i have bought more credits to extend the staging site, order number 2268806 (should be migrated to the live site in the next few days), however i have had an email announcing that my site will be deleted on the 19th October, how can i ensure my credits carry over so that my site is not removed?

also i am having issues submitting forms and after doing research, this is due to the hosting of the email being different to the staging account, is this something i am expected to experience? or should i be able to successfully submit form data during my test modes?
