    Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response, the support email address is bouncing my emails.
See email trail below for context.
The URL is trailcreekcrossing.com but I think they all might need a bit of a kickstart as I’ve had issues on a couple of the other sites as well.
Conversely, I notice did activated one for test.killyourdarlingsjournal.com. This is no longer required so can be removed.
Is there any thoughts of allowing users to be able to disconnect and reconnect sites themselves?
    Thanks,
    Marika

    Hi Marika,

Apologies, this is caused by a bug in our license server where if you attempt to connect an already used URL with no licenses left then it doesn’t work.

If you could let me know the URL of this site then I can reset the license allowing it to be re-connected.

    best wishes,
    Luke

    Hi,

I have reset that licence for you now, so you should be able to re-install.

Developer licencees are able to remove activations; but that’s not currently possible for lower levels of licencees (if you’re interested in an upgrade, please open a ticket – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ – and we can send you a coupon). (If/when you renew your licences, inactive installations are automatically removed at that time).

What was the error message you were getting from the support email address?

    David
