    When i login in wordpress i cannot see the plugin updraftplus in ANY menu. When i try to install it again, it says that it cannot instaal as the directory already excists.
    What can i do??

    Hi Iwan,

    This means that the plugin is not fully installed – some files are there, but not all of them.

    To recover, use FTP to entirely remove the directory wp-content/plugins/updraftplus – and then install again.
