I bought the plugin today and installed it on the source server.
The second stage was to install it on the destination server, I installed brand new WP 4.8, uploaded the plugin, installed it. logged in thought the premium tab, and now i need to press on “activate it on this site”, it is stuck on “Please wait whilst we make the claim…”.
I’m trying to migrate a website without downtime, so the domain I use on the destination server is the “Preview” (https://88.99.87.173/plesk-site-preview/hazmanot-shakalo.co.il/172.31.1.100).

    Can any one help me?
    WP ver. 4.8
    plugin ver. 2.13.4.0

    Hi,

Could you try to reconnect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your username and password again using the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After reconnecting the plugin, Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process.

    Regards,
    Bryle

I also have the same problem. I am on a preview site:

    https://82.223.110.133/plesk-site-preview/xn--pealirica-m6a.com/82.223.110.133/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus&tab=addons#

And if I enter the username and password again, it redirects me to a non-existing page:

    https://82.223.110.133/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus&tab=addons&settings-updated=true

It looks like it is skipping the “plesk-site-preview/xn--pealirica-m6a.com” part, which is the way we are able to browse the website in the production server before we change the DNS to point to it…

    Hi,

UpdraftPlus uses the siteURL setting to create the link, which does not appear to include the preview section.

You will need to either update the siteURL to include the preview section of the URL or, after being directed to the non-existing page, add the ‘82.223.110.133/plesk-site-preview/xn--pealirica-m6a.com/’ to the URL to manually go to the correct page.

    Best Wishes,
    David N
