    Hello,

I’m trying to install Updraft on my site.
I know that there was an previous installation but I cannot find the plug in on my site.
I went on the CPanel, and deleted all polders related to Updraft and also all folders related to the same company (all-in-one-migration and wp-optimize)
And after cleaning it all, I still get this message:
UpdraftPlus: You have requested saving to remote storage (SFTP / SCP), but without entering any settings for that storage. [link]Return to UpdraftPlus configuration[link]
But if I click on the link, nothing happens

    Please someone help me!

I have tried to contact the Updraft Support but they were unable to help me, actually they told me to clear and re-install but I did it and it is still the same

    Hi Wayne,

The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.
Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Download a fresh copy of the plugin here https://updraftplus.com/wp-content/uploads/updraftplus.zip. Then, unzip and upload to ‘wp-content/plugins’ so it becomes ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’.
After uploading the files, you can then activate the add-ons and connect plugin to UpdraftPlus.com from your WordPress dashboard.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle
