Cant update after purchase

    Hi Robi,

    That must be a different issue – if it tells you that there is a new version, then that’s different to what other people were seeing (they saw no new version available). What happens when you try to update?

    Yes please – do send me your database file; send it to [email protected] (also any screenshots that would help me understand what you are seeing).

    Though, if you were able to let me log in to the WordPress install, then that’d be even better.

    I have purchased the premium version and have installed and activated the all addons but nothing is working – I need to migrate a website today and can’t do anything? WHen I click on migrate it just forwards me to buy the addon but I have already bought the premium version with all addons. I could do with a quick response as the client is waiting for the site migration

    I’ve the same problem.. i’ve installed the plugin but i cannot update… everytime, your UpdraftPlus Addons redirect me on the page of wordpress update.. i hjad wp 2.5.1 and i’ve forced to update to 2.7.1 but no result.. i cannot activate…. can i’ve the migrato files too? thanks

    Same problem ….. I have just paid $70 for the update and can’t figure out how to install it and get rid of the notice that tells me that I need to purchase the update… please help

    It appears that your site was stuck on the old, expired licences. I have removed those licences from your account.
