Cant update after purchase

    Hi David, I have logged out of my wordpress dashboard and logged in again but I still have the message that says…. “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”

    Any other suggestions??

    Hi Dean,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Please could you open the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab? At the top of that tab, you should see a link to refresh your connection to your UpdraftPlus account. Please can you follow that link?
