Complete Backup Consist of ?

I have just looked at my Backup Files in the Vault of Updraft and noticed that it consists of
1. uploads
2. uploads-2
3. plugins
4 backup_2017-12-17-2312_Health_Communication_Research_In_2d50eed0dc9a-db

Is this all I am suppose to have as a backup?
The reason I am asking is, because I was wondering what about all the other files at the Root Directory, that branches off that is all part of the website?
I am asking why is the MAIN DIRECTORY not backed up? .htacess files
is it because I have not set up my Updraft backup not correctly?

Hi Robert,

Sorry for the delay.

You don’t have themes in that list that you posted.

Can you check your UpdraftPlus settings, there is a section “Include in files backup” here are a number of tickboxes where you can select what you want to be included in the backup.

You can choose to include your themes, plugins, WordPress core folder and also choose non WordPress files to backup if you have the more files addon.
