    I’m confused about my licence. I believe I have a licence for unlimited sites until the 1st May 2020 but when I install and sign in it says its not valid? can someone check my entitlement for me? [email protected]… thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi Mark,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    It appears that one license was stuck in the expired license and that has caused the issue.
    I have removed it now and that should fix the issue. Please try again and let me know if you are still having issues.

    Thank you, I was getting a bit confused with it! so does that mean I will be eligible for discount to renew this before it lapses?

    Hi Mark,

    From our records, it shows that you are still too early for renewal. Our renewal period is 4 weeks before your license expires and your license expiration is 2020-06-14.

    If you want to renew as early as now, please purchase without the discount and just let me know here after you have purchased so I can refund you £50.00 discount or the renewal discount of 40%.
