    Hi! I have a ongoing “UpdraftPlus Premium Business (10 licenses)”, valid till 2020-11-04. As I am already nearly using all 10 licenses, I am considering upgrading to Agency (35 licenses). Therefore I tried the code “frombusiness” but in the checkout it says “not a valid” code. I am not sure if this is a subscribtion or not, but as I am a paying customer since 2017 I thought I would qualify for a discount. Isn’t this correct? My username is office146. Regards

    Hi,

    I’m afraid you can only upgrade to a larger package if you upgrade within 26 weeks from the time of purchase.
    You could upgrade to a larger package on your next renewal.

    Hi Bryle,

    thanks for your answer. I understand that I can not upgrade with a discount due to I am not inside the 26 weeks time window. But how about the 40% renewal discount? Shouldn’t I be able to at least get this discount, due to I am clearly not a new customer but one who tries to renew (upgrade) a current subscription?

    You can still get 40% discount when upgrading to a larger package.

    Hi,

    We also have a renewal period of 6 weeks before and 4 weeks after your license expires.
    I believe your license will not expire until 2020-11-04.

    Hi,

    this is true, it will not expire until the given date, but I already need more licenses before this date. Therefore I wanna upgrade earlyier than 6 weeks before the given date. Isn’t this possible?
