    Dear Support

    I can’t renew my creditcard

    I’ve filled out all the numbers correctly, but still getting the result: Creditcard declined ?

    what can possibly be wrong

    Apologies, which product are you trying to purchase (I don’t see any payment intents)
    Are you trying to update your credit card, if so can you add the new payment method here: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/payment-methods/ and then make it your default payment method?

    I’m not trying to purchase any product. I’ve deleted the former creditcard and are trying to add a new one, since we have changed our bookkeeper.
    but only getting the result: Creditcard decleined.

    We have delete all (i think) information about the former administrator of the acount, and added a new one: “Tom Arne Isaksen”

    I’m not the accountholder, but his secretary :)
