Hello!
I paid for the migration part of updraft plus and I am having an issue. Everything transferred great to the new site except for the customize tab. When I click on it, it takes me to the loading page like normal, but the site preview never shows up and the only thing that shows up on the sidebar is ‘widgets’, which, when I click on it, it says “There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview”. Please somebody help!

Can you post a link to a copy of the migration log, please? You can find this in wp-content/updraft on the destination site.
Also, what shows in the JavaScript console of the browser when you open the problematic page?

From the logs, it appears that the restoration did not complete, but was timed-out partway through restoring the uploads.
Could you repeat the restoration, this time only restoring the Database, Uploads and Others sections? Then could you send us a copy of that log?

The latest log shows the Uploads backup file has been corrupted in some way. This is prevented the restoration from completing. This most likely happened during transfer.
You will need to take a fresh backup of the ‘Uploads’ and ‘Any other files in wp-content’ sections of the site and transfer them to the new site, then restore this new backup set.
