    Hello

    I am unable to do a database retore, it keeps failing.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message, please could you share the restoration log file via pastebin.com? You can find it in the wp-content / updraft folder. It will be in a format such as log.cfab1b817932 and it’s contents will have the word “restore”.

    Alternatively you may wish to submit a support ticket here as we have whitelisted your IP address,
