Hi I saw a post on this subject, but I am not sure of what to do… Need to be sure. It’s tricky.

I have migrate a site on a sub folder for development purpose. But as I am launching the admin I have “Database Update Required” message.
    In “version.php” who is ine “wp-includes” database version is : $wp_db_version = 48748;
In the table “wp_options” version is 47018
Should I have to change the version in the table to 48748
Is there some king of risk ?
According to this post ( https://www.clickonf5.org/wordpress/solution-database-upgrade-required/2247) this is what I have to do
    I NEED TO BE SHURE
    Thanks

    Hi,

May I know at which step of the process does the message appear?
Can you take a screenshot and share it here please?

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Hello,
This happen afer importing the site to the new location. Import is fine, but when I connect to the admin panel (whith the login detail from the old site) I get this wordpres error database
I also get an internal error server when I try to open the front of the site

Error message : “Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,

Apologies for the delay over the weekend.

A ‘500 Internal Server error’ is a generic error code that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server itself.

You could contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to check the PHP error logs. The logs should contain further information on the exact error that is occurring.

    Regards,
    Bryle
