    I’ve just bought 10 licences.
    Can I ask if it’s possible to de-activate a licence then put it onto another site instead? Assuming the number of licences doesn’t go over 10, is this do-able?
    If not, is it possible to upgrade the number of licences at a later date?

    Hi Jenny,

    We don’t have an interface for that; but if it’s just once or twice, then you can email our support and we’ll de-activate a licence for you. If you want to do it more than that, then it’s best to upgrade – and yes, we do have upgrade pricing, so you don’t have to buy the whole package. We give you a voucher so that you just pay the difference in price between packages plus $10.
