Details about Auto Backups before updates

I’d like to see the option to add information about what plugins, WordPress version and themes are being updated when the auto backup runs before an update.

For example, if I’m updating the UpdraftPlus plugin, I could include the plugin version numbers, old and new, as a part of the backup information.

It would be even better if UpdraftPlus could fill in this information automatically.
