Dont understand addons, purchased premium

Hello, I’ve purchased premium and installed updraft plus with the downloadable zip file, updated the plugin and clicked activate all in updraftplus addons settings menu section. Every time I go back to the addons section it keeps telling me to go purchase the addons. It says I am connected to my updraftplus.com account already so I don’t understand why it keeps telling me to buy the addons.

If clicking on activate all did not download or activate these addons then how do I enable or use them?

Hi,

Looking at the licensing server, it looks like you purchased and activated licences on two sites, and then replaced one of those sites with a migrated site which didn’t have an active licence. This results in the server thinking that you’ve used all the licenses on other sites.

Anyway, I’ve reset one of your licences, so you can go to the Addons page, and reclaim it on the site you want to deploy it on.

Ah yes, that would make sense. I had it installed on a test domain the first time then migrated. I had an issue when I first used the migrate tool where I had to start with a fresh install of WP again.

The issue seems to be resolved now, thank you for taking care of this David, much appreciated.
