temp answer is reinstall updraftplus.2.12.18 and dont upgrade! until resolved

Did a vanilla install of a WP site yesterday, just to do some test building (NB: I’m not a true dev, so I can’t answer too many tech queries).
Went through the installation & authentication process that I’ve done many times before. Result: Dropbox 400 error.
Installed UDP version is 2.12.25.22

Thank you for the details – I have logged in and confirmed that I get the same problem. Please can you also send FTP login credentials so that I quickly experiment with the code and see what further information is coming back from Dropbox to guide us to a solution?

Removed Updraft.com App from dropbox again and reauthed.
Rescanned remote storage and can see all backups no problem.
But when I try to restore get the following errors
