    Hi,

    I’ve an odd problem only with 1 site which could possibly be a firewall issue, but the IT for this site say it’s not. They’ve allowed dropbox.com as a valid connection.

    Below are part of the logs.
    Whilst it is connecting to Dropbox, it’s never uploaded a single byte.
    I’m authenticated, and I’ve tried uninstalling, re-installing UpdraftPlus.

    Does uploading to Dropbox use multiple addresses perhaps and not just via dropbox.com
    Also, will your forthcoming vault get around this solution as I assume your service would be a proxy server for the likes of Dropbox?

    Hi,

    Try allowing the following in your firewall:

    api.dropbox.com
    api-content.dropbox.com

    This should allow Dropbox to upload.
