Email Password

Hi I *just* purchased and installed UpdraftPlus and am trying to connect to my account here. I know what password I used a minute ago but my WP “Premium/Extensions” tab says:

“Your email address was valid, but your password was not recognised by UpdraftPlus.Com.”

I went where it said, still no love. In case I typo’d the first time, I came here and updated my password to the (same) password that I want to use. Still no love. Same message:

“Your email address was valid, but your password was not recognised by UpdraftPlus.Com.”

So, I am stuck and cannot continue configuring until someone tells me what’s up!

Hi Sarah,

Each time where we’ve had a case of this in the past couple of years, and investigated it, it has turned out that the entered password really has been incorrect; sometimes, very subtlely. I’d recommend re-typing the password in the appropriate tab of UpdraftPlus; if that doesn’t work, then if you can paste your updraftplus.com and WP login details here (use a private reply so that it’s only visible to updraftplus.com staff), we can check it out for you.
