Enhanced Google Drive – Multiple Users?

I have the migrator plug-in and I just purchased the enhanced Google Drive add-on to sort different backups into custom Drive folders.

I just setup a new WP instance on a different URL to clone a site and test an old backup side by side with the current installation (a page element has gone “missing” and I’m trying to figure out when it happened and restore it without having to restore the full backup to the live site).

The migrator allows multiple sites to be used under one license, so I assumed the Google Drive add-on would be the same and setup the enhanced Drive on my test site. I went back to my live site to do the same and kept getting a password error. I changed the password and still got the same error.

I went to my Updraft Dashboard and saw that the migrator is “assigned” to two sites (my live URL and test site on a different URL) and the enhanced Drive add-on is only assigned to my test site… which I no longer need and have actually removed from my server. Am I not able to assign more than one site to this add-on?!? I just purchased it today and again, have already removed the test installation from the URL to which it is assigned. If I can’t use the Drive add-on on more than one site, is there at least a way to transfer/assign it to my live site? Otherwise I pretty much bought it for no reason — I didn’t even send any backups to the test site before removing the directory/uninstalling WP.

Please advise.

Hi Jessica,

Individual UpdraftPlus add-ons can be installed on a single WordPress site per purchase. The only exception is the Migrator.

Could you open a support ticket through our Customer Support Form (The form itself displays on that page after clicking ‘search’)
