    Hi,

    When We tried to migrate our multisite to a staging server we are shown an error message.

    “You have reached your monthly limit on the number of backups you can currently create. Your hosting provider only allows you to create one backup per month. Please contact your hosting provider (Kinsta) if you require further support. (Feb 23 09:18:24)”

    When we contact Kinsta they told it was the plugin that cause the limit. Please let us know what we should do.

    Hi Jan,

    Kinsta banned UpdraftPlus and other backup plugins from their platform. They agreed to allow it back if limits were added to how many backups a customer could take. So, this very much comes from them. Yes, it’s in the plugin code, but that was their condition for not banning it.
