Error when Email backup log

    Hi Michel,

    Apologies for the delay.

    From the latest logs, it appears that the backup itself is completing successfully, and is now attempting to send the email (and not receiving an error back from the server).

    If possible, please could you (or your server admin/hosts) check the logs for the outgoing mail server?
    It is possible that the emails are being blocked at a lower level.

    Are you receiving any other emails from the site?

    Hello,

    I already said you that when I create a manual backup, UpdraftPlus send me a email!
    But when the backup is created automatically (thru CRON), I receive no email.

    So, please check for any differences when Updraft is processing the email sending after a manual backup, and after an automatic backup.

    Hi Michel,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I have consulted with our lead developer, and there is no difference in the backup process between scheduled and manual backups which would affect emails being sent.

    If you have not already, please could you try scheduling the backups to run at a different time of day than they usually do?
    Are any emails received in this case?

    Hello Dee,

    The problem is solved!

    I only install the WP Mail SMTP addin leaving the default (PHP, none) way to send.
    So there must be something wrong somewhere! In WordPress?
